生物质焦炭高温蒸汽气化反应动力学模型研究 被引量:3

摘要 利用热重分析仪分析了玉米秸秆焦炭和杉木焦炭的高温水蒸气气化反应,研究结果表明:随着水蒸气温度的升高,气化反应时间缩短,生物质焦炭转化率提高,玉米秸秆焦炭和杉木焦炭的转化率分别达到80%和90%;选取均相反应模型、颗粒反应模型和随机孔模型分析了高温下生物质焦炭的水蒸气气化反应特性,随机孔模型与实验数据拟合效果最好,其模拟的相关性系数R2均大于0.92;颗粒反应模型次之,均相反应模型最差。 Gasification experiments of corn straw char and Chinese fir char with high temperature steam were carried out by using thermogravimetric analyzer. The results showed that with the increase of steam temperature, the gasification reaction time was shortened, and the conversion degree of biomass char was also improved. The conversion degrees of corn straw char and Chinese fir char reached 80% and 90%, respectively. Gasification reaction characteristics of biomass char with high temperature steam were analyzed using the volumetric model( VM), the grain model (GM) and the random pore model (RPM). The random pore model provided the best fit to the experimental data with the correlation coefficients of all more than 0.92 followed by the grain model, and the volumetric model was the worst.
