摘要
通过对某氧化铝厂回转窑烟气超标排放的分析,提出了窑尾返灰系统改造、旋风除尘器设备结构优化、电除尘高频电源优化等多项技术改造方案并进行验证,改造后回转窑烟气排放平均值为28.84mg/m3,远低于国家烟气排放标准。
Discharge process of rotary kiln in an alumina plant was analyzed. Various technical transformations, such as transformation of kiln back ash system, structure optimization of cyclone dust collector, and optimization of high-frequency power supply for electric precipitator, were put forward and verified. After transformation, the average value of flue gas emission of rotary kiln is 28.84 mg/m^3 , which is far lower than the national standard of flue gas emission.
