补肾汤治疗糖尿病牙周炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of bushen decoction in the treatment of diabetes periodontitis

目的探讨中药补肾汤对糖尿病牙周炎的疗效及其安全性。方法选取120例糖尿病牙周炎患者,随机分为中药治疗组、西药对照组。治疗14天后行牙周检查,牙周检查指标为牙周袋探诊深度(PPD),附着丧失(AL),菌斑指数(PLI)和龈沟出血指数(SBI)并随访半年,评价中药补肾汤治疗糖尿病牙周炎的临床效果。同时通过相关观察指标评价其安全性,主要包括血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能以及不良反应情况等。结果治疗后两组牙周临床指标都有改善,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在两组患者安全性评价中相关指标(血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能、不良反应情况)均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药补肾汤安全性良好,对糖尿病患者牙周炎有明显的改善作用。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Bushen decoction for diabetes periodontitis. Methods 120 diabetes periodontitis patients were selected and randomly divided into Chinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group.Periodontal examination was carried after 14 days treatment,periodontal examination index included periodontal pocket depth of diagnosis （PPD）,attachment loss （AL）,plaque index （PLI） and gingival sulcus bleeding index （SBI）,and followed up for half a year.The effect of Bushen decoction on diabetic periodontitis was evaluated.Its safety was evaluated by correlative observation index,including the blood routine,urine routine,fiver and kidney function,and adverse reactions. Results After treatment,the periodontal clinical indicators of the two groups was improved after treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）.In the safety evaluation of two groups of patients,the blood routine,urine routine, liver and kidney function and adverse reaction had no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Bushen decoction good security has obvious improvement effect to diabetes patients with periodontitis.
