醒脑开窍针灸法联合功能训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者疗效及并发症的影响

Curative effect and complications of awake brain function training begin to understand acupuncture method combined functional exercise to patients with deglutition disorder after stroke

目的探讨醒脑开窍针灸法联合功能训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者疗效及并发症的影响。方法选取2014年10月~2015年9月我院诊治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者60例,依据随机分配原则分为联合组和常规组,每组30例,常规组给予常规功能训练治疗,联合组在此基础上给予醒脑开窍针灸法治疗。结果联合组治疗有效率明显高于常规组(P<0.05);联合组并发症发生率、治疗后1、6个月的SWAL-QOL得分明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针灸法联合功能训练可提高患者的治疗疗效,及可降低并发症的发生,有利于促进患者生活质量的恢复。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and complications of awake brain function training begin to understand acupuncture method combined functional exercise to patients with deglutition disorder after stroke. Methods 60 patients with deglutition disorder after stroke in our hospital from December 2013 to December 2016 were selected.According to the random distribution,they were divided into joint group and conventional group,30 cases in each group.Patients in conventional group were treated with conventional functional exercise treatment,and patients in joint group were treated with awake brain begin to understand acupuncture method treatment on the basis of conventional group. Results The therapeutic response rate of joint group was higher than that of conventional group （P 〈 O.05）.The complication incidence rate 1,6 months SWAL-QOL scores after treatment of joint group were lower than those of conventional group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Awake brain function training begin to understand acupuncture method can improve the treatment efficacy in the patients,and reduce the complications incidence.It is helpful to promote the quality of life recovery of patients.
