中西医结合治疗治疗成人支气管哮喘的疗效及对肺功能的影响

Curative effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of adult bronchial asthma and the effects on pulmonary function

目的探讨中西医结合治疗治疗成人支气管哮喘的疗效及对肺功能的影响。方法将2015年9月~2016年9月在我院治疗的68例成人支气管哮喘患者根据治疗方法分为两组,对照组给予常规西医对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药口服,并比较两组患者治疗前后的疗效、肺功能改善情况、血CRP、SAS评分、SDS评分、气道高反应性变化等。结果治疗组临床有效率为94.4%,明显高于对照组的75.0%;治疗组治疗后PEF、FVC、FEV1/FVC较对照组明显好转;治疗组治疗后CRP水平较对照组明显降低;治疗组治疗后SAS评分、SDS评分均较对照组明显降低;治疗组治疗后气道阻力(Raw)、气道传导率(Gaw)、气道高反应性(BHR)较对照组明显改善。各指标两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗支气管哮喘效果良好,能显著改善气道炎性反应,增强患者肺通气功能,抑制哮喘发作,降低气道阻力和高反应性,且利于其焦虑、抑郁情绪的缓解,全身炎症状态得到显著缓解。

Objective To explore the effect of Chinese and western medicine on the treatment of aduh bronchial asthma and its effect on lung function. Methods 68 cases of adult patients with bronchial asthma in our hospital from September 2015 to September 2016 were divided into two groups according to treatment methods, control group was given conventional western medicine symptomatic treatment, on the basis of the observation group, treatment group was given Chinese medicine. And the curative effect, pulmonary function improvement, changes in blood routine, blood CRP, SAS scores and SDS scores, such as changes in the airway hyperresponsiveness of two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared. Results The clinical efficiency of the treatment group was 94.4%, significantly higher than 75.0% in the control group. After treatment, PEF, FVC, FEV1/FVC were significantly better than the control group. After treatment, the CRP level was significantly lower than those in the control group. The SAS scores and SDS scores were significantly lower compared with the control group. After treatment, the airway resistance （Raw）, airway conductivity （Gaw） and airway hyperresponsiveness （BHR） were significantly improved compared with the control group. And all the differences between the two groups were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treating bronchial asthma with good effect, and the methods can significantly improve the airway inflammatory reaction, pulmonary ventilation function in patients with enhanced, the suppression of asthma, reduce airway resistance and high reactivity, and conducive to the relief of anxiety, depression, systemic inflammation status was significantly reduced.
