手术室整体护理在妇科手术中的应用效果

Application effect of holistic nursing care in operation room for gynecological surgery

目的探讨手术室整体护理在妇科手术中的应用效果。方法选择2016年1~6月在我院手术室行妇科手术的患者60例为研究对象,随机分为干预组与对照组各30例。对照组给予常规手术护理,干预组给予手术室整体护理。比较两组干预前及手术后SAS、SDS评分,入手术室后心理反应情况,术前1d以及入手术室后5min心率及血压水平。结果两组术后SAS评分以及SDS平均均较干预前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);手术后,干预组患者SAS评分以及SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。干预组入手术室后心理反应程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。入手术室后5min,两组心率、收缩压及舒张压均较术前1天升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);但干预组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手术室整体护理能够有效缓解患者焦虑抑郁情况,缓解术中心理反应,平缓术中心率及血压波动。

Objective To discuss application effect of holistic nursing care in operation room for gynecological surgery. Methods 60 cases with gynecological surgery from Jan to Jun 2016 were selected and divided randomly into intervention group and control group, each of 30 cases. The control group was nursed with routine surgical nursing, and the intervention group was nursed with operation room holistic nursing care. SAS, SDS before intervention and postoperation, psychological reaction after entering the operation room, and HR, SBP, DBP at one day before operation and 5 minutes after entering the operation room of two groups were compared. Results SAS and SDS post-operation of two groups were lower than those before intervention, which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）. After operation, SAS and SDS of intervention group were lower than those of the control group, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Psychological reaction degree after entering the operation room of the intervention group was lower that of the control group, which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）. Five minutes after entering the operation room, HR, SBP, DBP of two groups were higher than those at the one day before operation, which showed significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. But, those of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group, which showed significant difference（P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Holistic nursing care in operation room for gynecological surgery can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients, relieve psychological reaction during operation, and alleviate HR and blood pressure fluctuation in operation.
