心理护理结合团体心理治疗对抑郁患者的疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of group psychotherapy combined with mental nursing to depression patients

目的综合评价心理护理结合团体心理治疗对抑郁患者的疗效。方法随机选取该科2016年5~10月收治的抑郁患者60例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各30例。对照组采取团体心理治疗,研究组采取团体心理治疗结合心理护理,治疗5周后比较两组治疗前后抑郁状态、社会适应功能及服药依从性情况。结果研究组治疗后HAMD评分为(13.4±2.4)及SDS评分为(51.32±5.03)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后日常生活评定量表(ADL)评分为(73.92±9.73)分,高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者服药依从率(96.7%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论团体治疗结合心理护理能更好改善患者抑郁状态,增强抑郁患者社会适应能力及提高其服药依从性。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of group psychotherapy combined with mental nursing to depression patients. Methods 60 cases from May 2016 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as study objects, and they were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group were got mental nursing only, while patients in study group were got group psychotherapy combined with mental nursing. After treating for 5 weeks, the depression situation, social adaptive ability and medication compliance of the two groups were observed. Results The score of HAMD （13.4 ± 2.4） and SDS （51.32 ± 5.03） in study group were lower than those in control group, the difference was statistical （P 〈 0.05）. The score of ADL （73.92 ± 9.73） was better than that in control group, the difference was statistical （P 〈 0.05）. The medication compliance rate of study group was 96.7%, which was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistical （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Group psychotherapy combined with mental nursing can be better improve patients＇ depression situation, improve the social adaptive ability and the medication compliance.
