鱼际部静脉皮瓣修复指掌侧软组织缺损的护理干预价值

Value of nursing intervention of thenar venous flap in repair of soft tissue defect of the finger at the palm side

目的研究鱼际部静脉皮瓣修复指掌侧软组织缺损的护理干预价值。方法选取2014年7月~2016年7月我院收治的60例指掌侧软组织缺损患者,随机分为对照组(30例)与实验组(30例)。两组均行鱼际部静脉皮瓣修复术并接受常规外科手术护理,实验组在此基础上实施临床护理干预。评估两组皮瓣成活率、术后功能恢复以及并发症情况。结果对照组患者的皮瓣成活率为93.3%,实验组为100.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者的功能恢复优良率为90.0%,明显高于对照组的66.7%(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为6.7%,明显低于对照组的20.0%(P<0.05)。结论采用皮瓣修复术处治掌侧软组织缺损后开展临床护理干预有利于保障皮瓣成活率,降低术后并发症,巩固手术疗效并促进手部功能康复。

Objective To study the value of nursing intervention of thenar venous flap in repair of soft tissue defect of the finger at the palm side. Methods 60 patients with soft tissue defect of the finger at the palm side who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 30 in each. Two group were both given thenar venous flap repair combined with routine surgery nursing and the experimental group was given clinical nursing intervention at basis of it. Survival rate of flap, postoperative functional recovery and complications of the two groups were evaluated. Results Survival rates of flap of the control group and the experimental group were 93.3% and 100.0% respectively and the difference was no statistically significant （P ~ 0.05）. Good and excellent rate of functional recovery in the experimental group was 90%, significantly higher than that of the control group 66.7% （P 〈 0.05）. Incidence of complication of the experimental group was 6.7%, significantly lower than that of the control group 20.0% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention after flap repair in treatment of soft tissue defect of the finger at the palm side helps to protect the survival rate of flap, reduce postoperative complications, consolidate the＇ curative effect and promote the rehabilitation of hand function.
