临床护理路径在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of children with bronchial pneumonia

目的分析在小儿支气管肺炎患儿的治疗中实施临床护理路径的效果。方法选取2015年9月~2016年3月期间到我院进行治疗的58例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,征求患儿家属同意后,借助双盲法将58例患儿分为观察组(n=30)以及对照组(n=28);对照组行常规护理,观察组严格遵循临床护理路径实施护理。结果干预结果提示,观察组在健康知识掌握情况、满意度以及住院时间和费用上较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿支气管肺炎患儿的治疗中实施临床护理路径,能够提升患儿的依从性及家属对于护理服务的满意度,并能够在一定程度上缩短治疗时间和费用,方法值得借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 58 cases of children with bronchial pneumonia cured in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2016 were researched.After the consent of the consent of the patient＇s family,they were divided into observation group （n=30） and control group （n=28） by the double blind method.Patients in control group were received routine nursing care,while patients in observation group were strictly followed the clinical nursing pathway. Results The results indicated that the knowledge of health,satisfaction,hospitalization time and cost in the observation group had obvious statistical advantages than that in the control（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathway in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia can enhance the compliance of children and their families for the satisfaction of nursing services,and shorten the treatment time and cost in certain extent,thus the method is worthy learnt.
