心理护理对精神分裂症患者住院依从性的影响

Effect of psychological nursing on hospitalization compliance of patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨心理护理对精神分裂症患者住院依从性的影响。方法选择2015年6月~2016年6月在我院接受治疗的85例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所有患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者在治疗的基础上进行常规护理,观察组患者在治疗的基础上进行心理护理,对比两组患者护理前后的住院依从性。结果观察组患者的NOSIE和ITAQ评分水平明显优于对照组,且住院依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对精神分裂症患者进行心理护理能够有效提升患者的住院依从性,效果显著。

Objective To explore effect of psychological nursing on hospitalization compliance of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 85 patients with schizophrenia who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing at basis of treatment while patients in the observation group were given psychological nursing at basis of treatment.Hospitalization compliance before and after hospitalization of patients in two groups were compared. Results Nurses＇ observation scale for inpatient evaluation （NOSIE） and insight treatment attitude questionnaire （ITAQ） scores of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group and hospitalization compliance was significantly higher than that of the control group.Differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with schizophrenia can effectively improve hospitalization compliance of patients and it has significant effect.
