摘要 总结了国内外近年来高压水射流各项技术的研究进展和现状,包括普通水射流、脉冲射流、空化射流、磨料水射流等相关技术,讨论了国内高压水射流技术的发展中的问题,认为国内目前对于提高加工精度具体有效的工程解决方案尚未能解决,在精密加工及复杂形状零件的加工上应用较少,用于复合材料和脆性材料加工的研究还有很多工程难点尚未解决。另外,磨料水射流加工在微型零件、微通道加工及抛光领域中的应用需要进行更进一步的研究。对高压水射流技术的主要发展趋势进行了展望,认为发展智能化控制、提高加工效率、加强对新型射流的研究、扩大水射流加工的应用范围和与其他加工技术综合应用是高压水射流发展的主要方向。 We review the literatures on high pressure water jet technology in recent years including ordinary water jet, pulsed water jet, cavitation jet and abrasive waterjet, etc. The domestic problems in the develop- ment of high pressure water jet technology are also discussed. We find that there are no specific effective way to improve the processing precision and relatively rare applications of high pressure water jet technology on precision processing and complex surface processing. Besides there are also many difficulties in compos- ites and brittle materials processing. And the applications of abrasive water jet processing in the field of mi- cro parts, micro channel processing and polishing must be studied further. Finally, the main development trend of high-pressure water jet technology is prospected, and the developments of intelligent controlling, im- provement of processing efficency, reinforcement of the research on the new jet, the scope of application of water jet processing expansion, and combination with others processing technologies are thought to be the further direction.
