摘要
《中国学生发展核心素养》是在国际浪潮的大背景下颁布的,但核心素养从研制到发表,其初衷不只是为了适应国际竞争的需要。正视核心素养应关注其内在价值,即基于适切性的国家需要和学生身心发展的需要,厘清其价值定位。学生发展核心素养应该是学科素养抽象化的产物,而不是各个学科素养要素机械叠加的综合,应重视学科融合和跨学科知识的系统性。在实践教学上,要充分发挥教师的自主性和教研的能动性。同时,要建立基于核心素养发展情况的评价标准。
The Core Qualifications in Student Development in China is promulgated in the internation al context, where the core qualifications, from formulation to publication, are not meant to adapt to inter- national competition alone. The internal value is the national demand and that for student development. The core qualification in student development should be abstracted via academic qualification, and it is based on disciplinary merging or inter--disciplinary system. In teaching practice, teachers should perform their potentialities towards the core. Meanwhile, criteria should be set up for an assessment.
