摘要
中小学教师资格考试改革在2015年全国推行,这标志着我国教师资格制度又向前迈进了一步。回顾我国教师资格制度的发展历程,分析教师资格考试改革的价值诉求,进而提出完善教师资格考试政策的几点建议:遵循规律,规定申请人要有有效的教育实践经历;循序渐进,在改革初期保持师范生的适度优先性;统筹兼顾,对少、边、穷地区进行适当的政策倾斜。
The reform begins in 2015 on the teacher qualification test nationwide. This paper reviews the process of Chinese teacher certification system, and it then suggests that the reform be carried out in accordance with the law of education. Applicants should have experience of effective education practice. Priority should be conserved for the teacher education graduates. In addition, the poverty-stricken rural areas or ethnic minorities should be in access to policy favor.
