中国共产党甫一成立至全面抗战爆发前,克服重重困难,大力发展普通和高等教育,培养了大批优秀人才、领导干部和骨干力量,确保了革命路线的正确执行,为革命事业取得胜利奠定了雄厚人才基础。

Since the founding of CPC, higher education develops steadily despite difficulties in China. By the time of breakout of the anti-Japanese war, a great number of people have obtained educational expe- riences as leaders and major forces that lead to the victory of the revolution.
