摘要
目的通过对江西省一例人感染1型猪链球菌病例的流行病学调查与分析,查找可能的感染来源,为人感染1型猪链球菌病病例的防治提供科学依据。方法采用描述流行病学方法分析。结果经流行病学调查发现,该病例在发病前1周食用过市场上购买的猪肉,可能通过接触携带1型猪链球菌的猪肉感染。结论 1型猪链球菌一般不导致人类感染,但对免疫功能低下或伴有基础性疾病的老年人有致病性,要进一步关注1型猪链球菌毒力的变化和耐药情况,以便今后更好地应对此类病例,减少死亡。
Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation of the case of human infection with Streptococcus suis type 1 in Jiangxi Province,in order to find the possible sources of infection,and to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of such disease.Methods Descriptive epidemiology method was adopted.Results The patient bought pork in the market and ate it one week before the onset.The pork might carry Streptococcus suis type 1.Conclusions Streptococcus suis type 1 generally does not cause human infection,but it has pathogencity for the immunocom promised elderly or those with underlying diseases.We should focus on the change of Streptococcus suis type 1 in virulence and drug resistance,in order to better deal with such cases.
