玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效分析

Efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法选取82例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,观察组在对照组治疗基础之上,关节腔内注射得宝松,根据两组的疗效、治疗后1个月、3个月的Lysholm评分、KPS评分及治疗期间不良反应情况,评价玻璃酸钠联合得宝松治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。结果观察组有效率92.7%,对照组有效率65.9%,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Lysholm评分相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月,两组Lysholm评分均提升,观察组在Lysholm评分上提升较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗前,两组KPS评分,无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后1个月、3个月,两组KPS评分均提升,观察组在KPS评分上提升较对照组明显(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论玻璃酸钠联合得宝松对膝关节骨性关节炎具有较好的疗效,能显著改善膝关节功能,提高患者生活质量,具有较高的药物安全性,是理想的治疗方案。

Objective To explore the efficacy of sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 82 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2groups：control group（n=41）which received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group（n=41）which received intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and diprospan.The Lysholm score,KPS score 1 and 3 months after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results The effective rate of observation group and control group was 92.7% and 65.9%,respectively.The effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in Lysholm scores between the two groups,while 1 and 3 months after treatment,the Lysholm scores were increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group（P 0.05）.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in KPS scores between the 2 groups,while 1 and 3 months after treatment,KPS scores were increased,which were higher in the observation group than in the control group（P〈0.05）.During treatment,there was no statistical significance in adverse reactions between the 2 groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusions Sodium hyaluronate combined with diprospan has a good curative effect on knee osteoarthritis,which can significantly improve knee function and quality of life with high safety.
