中小学生家长参与学校教育已经成为当代世界教育改革和发展的一个重要趋势。在德国,中小学生家长参与学校教育有着悠久的历史,并且在相关法律法规、监督指导以及参与形式等方面积累了大量的经验。借助德国的典型经验,反思我国家长参与学校教育的重要组织——家长委员会的建设,建议应加快相关法律法规建设、加强教育行政部门的监督和指导以及完善各级家长委员会建设等。

Parents＇ participation in school education in primary and secondary schools has become an important trend in the world＇s educational reform and development. In Germany, parents＇ participation in school education in primary and secondary schools has a long history, and they have accumulated a lot of experience in relevant laws and regulations, supervision and guidance, and other participation forms. With the typical experience of Germany, by reflecting the important organization of our parents＇ participation in school education--the construction of the parents committee, the paper put forward several suggestions such as accelerating the construction of relevant laws and regulations, strengthening the supervision and guidance of the administrative de- partments of education, and improving the construction ofparents committee in different levels etc.
