摘要
中小学学生自主学习能力的培养是基础教育改革过程中学生发展的重要目标之一。中小学学生自主学习能力的四个要素分别是自主性、元认知、学习动机、学习策略。教师在教育教学实践中根据四个要素,培养中小学学生自主学习能力的主要途径有:促进学生自主性的发展、激发学生的学习动机、帮助学生掌握必要的学习策略及培养学生的元认知能力。
Self-regulated learning ability is one of the important goals of student devetopment m me process of basic education reform. On the basis of reviewing and analyzing the studies of self-regulated learning, the paper proposes four dimensions of self-regulated learning ability, namely, autonomy, learning motivation, learning strategy, and metacognition. How to cultivate students' self-regulated learning ability according to the four dimensions in education and teaching practice is also discussed.
