导管介入治疗儿童先天性心脏病术后并发症的护理要点分析

Analysis of Nursing Key Points of Postoperative Complications of Cardiac Catheterization in Children with Congenital Heart Disease

目的分析心导管介入治疗儿童先天性心脏病术后并发症的护理要点。方法收集2015-08/2017-02于郑州市第七人民医院就诊的90例儿童先天性心脏病患儿并随机分组。所有患儿采用心导管介入治疗,传统组给予常规护理,改良护理组给予全面护理。比较两组患儿家长护理满意度;心律失常、穿刺部位血肿、溶血等并发症发生率;治疗前和治疗后患儿生活质量的差异。结果改良护理组患儿家长护理满意度高于传统组(P<0.05);改良护理组心律失常、穿刺部位血肿、溶血等并发症发生率低于传统组(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量比较无显著差异,(P>0.05);治疗后改良护理组生活质量改善幅度更大,(P<0.05)。结论心导管介入治疗儿童先天性心脏病术给予全面护理,可有效减少术后并发症的发生,改善患儿预后和生活质量,提升家长满意度,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the nursing points of cardiac catheterization in the treatment of postoperative complications of congenital heart disease in children.Methods Ninety five children with congenital heart disease were enrolled from August 2015 to February 2017 and were randomized.All children received cardiac catheterization treatment.Children patients in the traditional group given conventional care,and children patients in the modified care group given comprehensive care.The scores of complications such as arrhythmia, hematoma and hemolysis were compared between the two groups to obtain the difference of the quality of life between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The satisfaction rate of parents of children in the modified care group was higher than in the traditional group （ P 〈0 . 0 5 ）.The incidence of complications such as arrhythmia,hematoma and hemolysis in the modified care group was lower than in the traditional group （ P 〈0 . 0 5 ）.No significant difference was found in quality of life of children in the two group （ P 〈0 . 0 5 ） ; after treatment,the overall quality of life improved more in the modified care group （ P 〈0 . 0 5 ）.Conclusion Comprehensive care of children with congenital heart disease receiving cardiac catheterization treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve children＇s prognosis and quality of life and enhance parental satisfaction and deserves promotion
