火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定化妆品中总镉的含量方法验证

按照《《化妆品安全技术规范》(2015年版)第四章理化检验方法 1.5镉》方法测定化妆品中重金属镉的残留量。通过对方法的检出限、精密度和准确度的研究与分析,证明实验室使用该方法的可靠性和准确性。结果表明,方法的检出限为0.14mg/kg,精密度为0.93%,准确度为98.0%。证明该方法的灵敏度高,重现性好,结果精确,能满足实验室的检测要求。

Determination of heavy metal cadmium in cosmetics based on the fourth chapter of ＂ the safety technical specification for cosmetics＂（ 2015 Edition）,physical and chemical test method,cadmium 1. 5. Through the research and analysis of the detection limit,precision and accuracy of the method,it is proved that the method is reliable and accurate. The results show that the detection limit of the method is 0. 001mg/kg,the precision is 0. 93%,and the accuracy is 98%. The results show that the method has high sensitivity,good reproducibility and accurate results.
