摘要
大孔吸附树脂具有吸附容量大、选择性好、易解吸与再生、效率高等优点,已将其广泛用于生物碱、黄酮、多糖等的提取。为提高吸附效率,降低生产成本,本文比较了ADS-7、AB-8、HP20三种常用大孔树脂苹果原花青素的吸附性能,选出适宜树脂并初步探讨其吸附分离的最适条件。
macroporous adsorption resin has high adsorption capacity and selectivity,easy desorption and regeneration,high efficiency,and has been widely used for extraction of alkaloids,flavonoids,polysaccharide etc.. In order to improve the adsorption efficiency,reduce production costs,this paper compares the adsorption properties of ADS-7,AB-8,HP20 three kinds of macroporous resin Apple proanthocyanidins,choose the most suitable conditions for resin and study its adsorption and separation.
