HPLC法测定蔬菜中6种氨基甲酸酯类农药

Simultaneous determination of 6 carbamates pesticides in vegetables by HPLC

目的:建立测定蔬菜中涕灭威、涕灭威砜、涕灭威亚砜、克百威、3-羟基克百威、甲萘威6种氨基甲酸酯类农药的液相色谱方法测定。方法:采用氨基甲酸酯柱(Waters,4.6×150mm,5μm);柱温:42℃;检测波长:激发波长330nm,发射波长465nm;流动相:乙腈(A)-水(B)梯度洗脱:0~13min,5%A→60%A;13~14min,60%A;14~14.1min,60%A→5%A;14.1~17min,5%A;流速1.0ml/min。结果:6种农药不同水平加标回收率范围为:71.2%~89.2%,RSD:3.4~8.2。结论:该方法提取简单,测定方法定量准确,灵敏度高,适用于蔬菜中6种氨基甲酸酯类农药的同时测定。

Objevtive： To develop a method for the simultaneous determination of Aldicarb,aldicarb sulfoxide,aldicarb sulfoxide,G Budweiser,Budweiser 3-hydroxy grams,carbaryl in vegetables by HPLC. Methods： Using Urethane（ Waters,4. 6 ×150mm,5μm） column,gradient elution,column temperature was 42 ℃,detection wavelength： excitation wavelength 330 nm,emission wavelength 465nm; mobile phase of acetonitrile（ A）-water（ B）,Gradient elution： ： 0 ~ 13 min,5% A→60% A; 13~ 14 min,60% A; 14 ~ 14. 1min,60% A→5% A; 14. 1 ~ 17 min,5% A; The mobile speed is 1. 0ml/min. Results： this method had good relativity and good analytic precision（ RSD 6%）. The sam ples＇ average rates of recovery were 71. 2% ~ 89.3%. Conclusion： The method of extraction is simple,determination is accurate,confirmatory high,high sensitivity,The method was successfully applied to the Simultaneous determination of 6 carbamates pesticides in vegetables by HPLC.
