摘要
节能减排已成为制约各行业发展的瓶颈,因此节能减排、可持续发展是企业求生存的必由之路。目前再生铜冶炼企业大多采用竖炉处理含铜污泥、铜渣和低品位废杂铜等原料生产黑铜,作为进一步生产阳极铜的原料。经实践证明,将黑铜竖炉冶炼工艺升级改造为铜富氧熔炼工艺并对废气处理系统进行升级改造后,各类废气污染物产生和排放均大幅削减,其中SO_2、NO_X、铅、镉和铬的排放量分别降低了14.30%、48.06%、92.57%、93.50%和94.67%,因此该技术具有较好的减排效果,在再生铜冶炼行业中具有较广泛的推广应用前景。
Energy conservation and emission reduction has turned into a massive barrier in the way of development in every field. Therefore,emission reduction and sustainable development has become a must for the survival of a company. The recycled copper smelting enterprises are using furnace processing sludge containing copper,copper slag and other raw materials to produce black copper,as the further production of anode copper materials. Proved by practice,to upgrade the black copper smelting process for copper furnace transformation of oxygen enriched smelting technology and upgrade the waste gas processing system,all kinds of waste gas pollutants emissions were greatly reduced,the emissions of SO_2,NO_X,Pb,Cd and Cr were decreased by14. 30% 、48. 06% 、92. 57% 、93. 50% and 94. 67%,So the new technology has a good performance of emission reduction and has a broad application prospect in the reclaimed copper smelting industry.
