摘要
【目的】本文研究了成熟期烤烟质体色素含量和颜色参数值的关系。【方法】以云烟87和红花大金元为试验材料,定量测定了成熟期烟叶颜色参数值和质体色素含量并进行了相关分析。【结果】成熟期烟叶绿色素含量和颜色参数H*值整体均呈下降趋势,其余颜色参数值整体均呈增加趋势,黄色素含量先升高后降低。相关分析表明,成熟期烟叶绿色素含量与H*值呈极显著正相关,与其余颜色参数值均呈极显著负相关,烟叶黄色素与H*值呈极显著负相关。线性回归分析表明,绿色素的决定系数R^2值较大(R^2>0.990),紫黄质值最小(R^2=0.663),但模型预测不同品种烟叶质体色素含量具有一定的局限性。【结论】颜色参数a*和C*值是反映成熟期绿色素含量的较佳指标,C*、H*值是反映成熟期黄色素含量的较佳指标。
[ Objective ] This paper aimed to study the correlation of plastid pigment contents and color parameter values of flue-cured tobacco leaves during the mature stage. [ Method] Taken tobacco varieties, Ynnyan87 and Honghuadajinyuan as tested materials, the plastid pigment contents, color parameter values of flue-cured tobacco leaves were quantitatively analyzed and their correlation in the mature stage were stud- ied. [ Result] The green pigment content and H * values in the mature stage of flue-cured tobacco reduced, while their other color parameters values increased, and the yellow pigment content increased at first and then reduced. Correlation between the green pigment content and H * values were very significant, but the other color parameter values was very significant inversely among tobacco leaves. Correlation between the yellow pigment content and H * values were very significant inversely, but the other color parameter values were very significant among to- bacco leaves. Regression analysis indicated that R2 value ( R2 〉 0. 990) of the green pigment content was bigger while R2 value ( R2 = 0. 663 ) of violaxanth in variable was the smallest, however, the regression analysis result between pigment content and color parameter values predicted other cultivars had some boundness. [ Conclusion ] The a * and C * values better reflected the green pigment content of tobacco leaves in the mature stage. The C * and H* values better reflected the yellow pigment content of tobacco leaves in the mature stage.
