摘要
2017年黑龙江电网东部地区计划投入3台功率较大的直启负荷,为探究其启动过程对电网造成的冲击,采用电力系统分析综合程序对不同的启动组合方式进行仿真分析。建立冲击负荷模型,计算启动过程中几个关键节点的最大电压降落和其波动比例,为电网调度控制及运行方式的编制提供理论依据。
Three high power direct- start loads are scheduled to put into use in eastern Heilongjiang power gnu m 2017. In order to explore the impact on the power grid during starting process, different combinations of starting modes by using PSASP are simulated and analyzed. Also, impact load models are built and ratio of maximum volt- age drop and its offset in some key nodes are calculated during starting process, which provides a theoretical basis for the power grid dispatch and control as well as the establishment of the operation mode.
