摘要
以某220kV变电站1号主变压器为研究对象,介绍了在负载运行条件下进行油温测试的前提条件和蝶阀操作次序,总结了日负载率的总体变化规律。通过开合散热器蝶阀来改变变压器的散热条件,绘制开启蝶阀数量与变压器温升关系,分析变压器油温与蝶阀开合、环境温度、风速、负载损耗等因素的关系。通过控制负载率及蝶阀,可以有效控制出口油温,为变压器余热利用奠定现实基础。
In this paper, taking No.1 main transformer of a 220kV substation as the research object, the premise during the temperature test and the butterfly value operation sequence are introduced under the condition of load op- eration and the general changing law of daily load rate is summarized. By opening and closing the radiator butterfly valve to change heat dissipation condition of transformer, relationship between opening butterfly valve quantity and transformer temperature rise is drawn and the relationships between transformer oil temperature and valve opening and closing, environment temperature, wind speed, load loss or other factors are analyzed. Through controlling load rate and the butterfly valve, the outlet oil temperature can be effectively controlled, which lays a solid founda- tion for the utilization of the waste heat of the transformer.
