The article introduces the conceptual scheme of the underground expressway in Licheng Avenue of Putian.The functional position and the service object of the underground expressway in Licheng Avenue in the planned road network of Putian are defined in the design.The article demonstrates the main technical standards and construction scale,puts forward the master layout scheme of the underground expressway in the built area of city center,and focuses discussion on the section form of underground structure,layout of entrance and exit,ground side road and slow traffic system.
