摘要
随着顶管工程的发展,一些过河过江顶管在进出洞时往往会涉及到较大坡度的顶进作业,尤其是下坡顶进作业,往往存在较大的安全质量风险。依托白龙港南线输送干线过江管工程案例,针对大口径长距离混凝土管道中下坡顶进的几个关键技术进行探讨分析,针对传统的顶管工艺进行改进和提高。
With the development of pipe jacking engineering,some river-crossing pipe jacking projects often involve the larger gradient of jacking work during jacking in and out of tunnel,especially the downgrade jacking work often with the larger safety and quality risks.Based on the river-crossing pipe engineering case of Bailonggang South Conveying Line,the article discusses and analyzes some key technologies of downgrade jacking in the large-diameter long-distance concrete pipeline in order to improve the traditional pipe jacking technology.
