摘要
铁路既有线路顶进施工指的是在保证铁路正常行车的基础上对既有线路进行加固后,在既有线路一侧进行工作坑的开挖,再进行滑板的浇筑作业,并在滑板面上布置隔离层,然后在滑板上进行钢筋混凝土箱形涵的预制,最后将顶进设备安装好,利用后背的反作用力向前推进框架,在顶进一个进程后,增加顶铁,不断重复上述步骤,直到箱涵顶进顺利就位。以实际工程为例,首先对既有线路箱形涵顶进过程中线路加固措施进行了探讨,然后对箱形涵顶进施工技术进行了探讨。
The jacking construction of existing railway line is to excavate the working pit at one side of the existing line after the reinforcement of the existing line on the basis to ensure the normal operation of railway,then to implement the pouring work of sliding plate,to arrange the isolating layer on the sliding plate,to prefabricate the steel reinforced concrete box culvert on the sliding plate,and finally to install the jacked equipment.The reactive force at the back is utilized to push the frame ahead.The jacking iron is increased after jacking in a course.The above steps are continuously repeated until the box culvert is jacked smoothly to the position.Taking a practical engineering case as an example,the article further discusses the line reinforcement measures in the jacking process of the box culvert in the existing railway line,and analyzes the jacking construction technology of box culvert.
