摘要 随着我国铁路事业的迅速发展,铁路隧道的建设需求和重要性日益明显。由于我国地域广阔,在线路选择过程中,隧道难以避免会穿越断裂破碎带,从而导致施工难度大,难以确保施工安全。现以柿子园工程为例,针对工程施工技术难点,从超前地质预报、超前支护小导管、三台阶开挖法、初期支护、组合中空锚杆、钢花管系统锚管、钢筋网片、钢架施工和围岩监控量测等几个方面,阐述隧道穿越活动断裂带的施工技术,为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。 With the rapid development of railway industry in China,the construction demand and significance of railway tunnel are increasingly obvious.Owing to the vast territory of China,the tunnel has to tunnel through the fracture zone in the line selection process so as to result in the great difficult construction and hard to ensure the construction safety.Taking Shiziyuan Project as an example,and aiming at the engineering construction technology difficulties,the article sets forth the construction technology of tunneling through the active fracture zone from some aspects of advance geology forecast,advance bracing small duct,three-step excavation method,preliminary bracing,combined hollow anchor rod,steel anchor pipe system,reinforcing meshes,steel frame construction and surrounding rock monitoring measurement,which can be referred for the similar projects.
