摘要
在大型厂房设计和建设中,装备吊装设备使得厂房今后运营时货物的装卸更加便利。大型厂房跨度较大时,通常采用大型的天车作为起吊设备,天车通过厂房两侧的牛腿柱上的吊车梁支撑。在通常工程中,为了施工的便利,吊车梁采用预制构件,为确保预制吊车梁的承载能力能够满足设计和运营需要,采用静载试验对预制吊车梁进行承载能力的检验是一种比较有效的方法和手段。
In the design and construction of large-scale factory building,the crane equipment can make the load and unload of goods during the future operation more convenient.The large-sized overhead travelling crane is used as the hoisting equipment if the span of large-scale factory building is longer.The overhead traveling crane is supported by the crane beams on the corbel columns at the both sides of factory building.The crane beam is the prefabricated component normally for the construction convenience in the project.In order to ensure the bearing capacity of prefabricated crane beam able to satisfy the design and operation demands,the use of static load test to inspect the bearing capacity of prefabricated crane beam is a more effective method and mean.
