Taking 11.27 specially major coal-dust explosion accident of Dongfeng Coal Mine in Heilongjiang Province as an exa- mple, the preventive measures were put forward under the premise of analyzing restricting factors of safety in coal mine ventilation, aiming at improving the safety in coal mine production and making contributions to the development of coal mine enterprises.
