According to the application status of the mining technology at the coal seam for second and residual mining, this paper studied the mining technology at the coal seam for second and residual mining from the rational mining methods, roof management strengthening, ventilation and hydrops prevention and control and other aspects in order to realize the safe construction in coal mines.
