摘要
《狂草》是香港舞蹈家梅卓燕于1987年出品的一个现代舞独舞作品,该作品中采用了水袖的服装元素、中国舞和现代舞的动作元素,以及舞蹈结构即兴的创作手法,来编织《狂草》的舞蹈结构和舞蹈语言。本文遵循舞蹈社会学的研究方法,对《狂草》的内部特征和外部特征分别进行分析研究。舞蹈社会学的内部特征包括舞蹈动作、道具等元素;外部特征包括作品诞生的社会、政治、经济和文化等因素。在对舞蹈内外部特征、舞蹈符号等多种意义研究之外,特别关注梅卓燕作为创作者的个体生命经验在社会、文化、历史脉络中的表达及其影响。舞蹈除了表达个体的意涵之外,同时主动或者被动地承载着编舞者对所处时代的社会、文化、价值观等信息的传承、传播和建构责任。
Cursive (Kuang Cao) , a modern solo dance produced by Hong Kong choreographer Mui Cheuk - yin in 1987, adopted the Shui Xiu (long sleeves) costume element, the movement elements in Chinese dance and modern dance and the impromptu creation method in the choreographic structure so as to organize the choreographic struture and language of Cursive. Flollowing the methodology of choreographic sociology, this paper studies the inner and outside characteristics of Cursive. In choreographic sociology, the inner characteristics inlcude dancing movement, instruments and other elements while the outside characteristics include the social, political, economic and cultural elements generated from the work. In addition to the study of various meanings of the inner and outside characteristics of the dance, this paper specifically conc- nerns Mui Cheuk - yin, as a creator with her individual life experience and the related expression and impli- cations in the aspects of society, culture and history. Except the expression of meanings of an individual, dance, on the other hand, actively or passively, is loaded with the responsibihies of the editor who inher- ites, dissminate and constructs the social and culural imformation and value at that time.
