摘要
为探寻适于美国红栌叶色表达的最适光强,测量了美国红栌在不同遮阴条件下叶片中叶绿素a,叶绿素b,类胡萝卜素和花青素的含量,并分析了其变化规律。结果表明,随着光照强度的减弱,美国红栌叶片中叶绿素a,叶绿素b,类胡萝卜素含量会增多,且一层遮阴处理比二层遮阴处理的增幅大;美国红栌叶片中花青素含量会降低,且一层遮阴处理比二层遮阴处理的降幅小。
To explore the optimum light intensity for leaf color expression of Cotinus coggygria ' Royal Purple' , contents and change regulations of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoid, anthocyanin in its leaf under different shading treat- ments were determined and analyzed. Results showed that contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and carotenoid in the leaf of Cotinus coggygria ' Royal Purple' increased with the decline of light intensity, and the increase of a layer of shading treatment was larger that of two layer of shading treatment. The content of anthocyanin in the leaf of Cotinus coggygria ' Royal Purple' reduced with the decline of light intensity, and the decrease of a layer of shading treatment was smaller that of two layer of shading treatment.
