摘要
为了解决混凝土结构构件再利用过程中所遇到的问题,提出了使用BIM技术与混凝土结构构件再利用结合进行解决的思路。基于BIM技术的基本内涵,提出了包括再利用结构构件BIM模型建立、再利用构件选择、拆解虚拟施工、构件存储再利用等阶段在内完整的混凝土结构再利用框架。分析并解决了混凝土结构再利用过程中遇到的信息管理不便、施工质量与过程难把控等问题。最后,对BIM技术在混凝土结构再利用领域的发展提出了展望。
This paper has proposed a method that using building information modelling (BIM) technology during concrete structure reusing process to solve the problems of reusing concrete structure. A framework has been established which consists of the establishment of building information model of concrete reusing, the method of choosing reusable concrete component, the simulation of de-construction of reusable concrete components and the information management of the reusable concrete component. This paper reveals that the problems of reusing concrete structures, such as tough information management and difficult deconstruction and construction management, could be resolved by using BIM technology.
