摘要
传统零售业由于自身存在的弊端以及电商的冲击,纷纷寻求创新转型,与餐饮业融合成为了突破口。以福建省为例,阐述零售业与餐饮业融合发展现状,并从零售业与餐饮业融合发展的必要性和可行性、融合的模式以及存在的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出进一步推进零售业与餐饮业融合发展的策略,为零售业与餐饮业发展策略选择提供一定的参考。
Due to its own shortcomings and the impact of electric businessmen, traditional retail industry has been seeking innovation and transformation. The amalgamation between retail industry and catering industry has become a new trend. In order to provide reference for retail and catering industry, this research takes Fujian province as an ex- ample, expounds the situation of retail and catering industry integration, analyzes the necessity and feasibility, the fusion mode and the existing problems, and further promotes the strategy of integration.
