益气健脾法联合胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病41例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Yiqi Jianpi Method Combined with Insulin on the Treatment of 41 Diabetes Patients with Type 2

目的观察益气健脾法与胰岛素联用,有效控制空腹及餐后2 h血糖,减少胰岛素用量的协同作用。方法将81例用胰岛素治疗而血糖控制不佳的2型糖尿病人,随机分为观察组41例和对照组40例。观察组予益气健脾汤剂联合胰岛素治疗,对照组予阿卡波糖片联合胰岛素治疗,2组患者均持续治疗12周,分别记录两组治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素用量。结果两组经治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白显著下降(P<0.05),并减少了胰岛素用量(P<0.05)。以上观察指标,2组比较,观察组变化更为显著(P<0.05)。结论益气健脾法能有效控制空腹及餐后2 h血糖,减少胰岛素用量,增加胰岛素敏感性,缓解胰岛素抵抗。

Objective ： To observe the synergistic effect of Yiqi Jianpi Method combined with insulin in order to effectively control fasting and postprandial 2 - hour blood glucose and reduce dosage of insulin. Methods ： 81 diabetes patients with type 2, who were treated with insulin and had poor glycemic control, were randomly divided into an observation group （41 cases） and a control group （40 cases）. The observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi decoction and insulin while the control group was treated with acarbose and insulin. The pa- tients in the two groups were treated for 12 weeks. The 2 - hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and insulin dosage of fasting and postprandial blood glucose before and after treatment were recorded. Results ： The fasting blood glucose, 2 - hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ） after the treatment, and the dosage of insulin also decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The changes of the observation group were more significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） than those of the control group. Conclusion ： Yiqi Jianpi method can effectively control fasting and postprandial 2 - hour blood glucose, reduce dosage of insulin, increase insulin sensitivity and relieve insulin resistance.
