凉血解毒丸抗炎抗敏作用的实验研究

摘要 目的研究凉血解毒丸抗炎、抗敏的作用。方法采用2,4-二硝基氟苯(Dinitrofluobenzene简称DNFB)造成变应性接触性皮炎(Allergic contact dermatitis简称ACD)动物模型和磷酸组胺致豚鼠瘙痒模型,探讨"凉血解毒丸"的抗Ⅳ型变态反应作用。结果与模型组比较,凉血解毒丸组能显著降低2,4-二硝基氟苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度,能显著抑制炎症细胞浸润和提高小鼠血清IL-10水平,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是对IFN-γ的产生无明显的影响(P>0.05);凉血解毒丸能显著止痒和增加磷酸酸组胺所致豚鼠瘙痒的致痒阈,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论凉血解毒丸对小鼠变态性接触性皮炎有效,促进抗炎因子IL-10的产生和表达可能是其治疗机制之一,具有抗炎、抗敏的作用,无明显毒副作用。 Objective: To study the anti -inflammatory and anti -allergic effects of Liangxue Jiedu Pill. Methods: 2, 4 -dinitrofluobenzene (DNFB) was used to induce model guinea pig pruritus with allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) to study the anti -type Ⅳ allergic effect of Liangxue Jiedu Pill. Results: Compared with the model group, Liangxue Jiedu Pill group could significantly reduce the ear swelling of mice induced by 2,4 -dinitrofluorobenzene, inhibit the infiltration of inflammatory cells and increase serum IL - 10 level, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ), but there was no significant effect on the production of IFN - γ ( P 〉 0. 05 ). I,iangxue Jiedu Pill could significantly prevent itching and increase the itching threshold of histidine - induced guinea pig pruritus, and the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Liangxue Jiedu Pill is effective in mice with allergic contact dermatitis and can promote the production and expression of anti - inflammatory factor IL - 10. It is one of its therapeutic mechanisms, anti - inflammatory and anti -allergic effect and no obvious side effects.
