我国地方终身教育立法比较研究——基于地方终身教育促进条例的分析

Comparative Study on Legislation of Local Lifelong Education in China——Based on the Analysis of Local Lifelong Education Promotion Regulations

基于"构建学习型社会,推动终身教育事业发展"的时代背景,我国台湾地区、福建省、上海市、太原市、河北省及宁波市等已相继颁布地方终身教育促进条例。通过对各地终身教育立法的不同点和相同点进行对比分析,并立足实际、求同存异,提出终身教育立法的启示。

Based on＂promoting lifelong education development＂,Taiwan, Fujian province, Shanghai city, Taiyuan city, Hebei province and Ningbo city have successively promulgated lifelong education promotion regulations. Through comparative and analysis of the different and the same points around the lifelong education legislation and based on reality, seek common ground while reserving differences , advocate enlightenments of lifelong education legislation.
