全纳教育视角下“直过民族”教育支持服务系统建构 被引量:3

摘要 "直过民族"是一种没有经过民主改革而直接从原始社会的发展状态跨越几种社会形态过渡到社会主义社会的民族,其落后和贫困的成因复杂、影响深刻,在教育上仅仅依靠面向青少年的学校式教育难以从根本上快速改变其社会落后的面貌,要从全纳教育的价值理念出发,无歧视、无排斥地建立面向"直过民族"全体社会成员且具有精准度、衔接度、系统性、持续性的教育支持和教育服务系统。要从基本生活习惯养成的教育服务、基本社会交往规范的教育服务、基本生产技能训练的教育服务、基本社会参与能力的教育服务、基本价值观念建构的教育服务等方面入手,真正促进"直过民族"的脱贫与发展。 "The directly- entering- socialism ethnic groups" are ethnic groups that have not experienced democratic reform but directly transformed into socialism from the state of primitive society, and skipping over several forms of social societies. The causes of their backwardness and poverty are complex and profound; it is difficult to fundamentally and rapidly change the backwardness of its society through school - oriented education for adolescents. Accurate, coherent, systematic, and continuous educational support and educational services which based on the concept of inclusive education without discrimination and rejection must be established. Educational services for basic living habits, basic social communication norms, basic training of production skills, ability and basic construction of values could be real promotion for lifting" socialism ethnic groups'out of poverty and their development. basic social participation the directly - entering
