高职院校与普通高校学分转换机制探析

Analysis on the Credit Conversion Mechanism of Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities

通过建设学分银行制度,构建高职院校与普通高校之间的学分转换机制,形成终身学习"立交桥",有利于打破普通教育和职业教育之间相对隔绝的状态,促进其协调发展,同时对于完善高等教育体系和推动学习型社会建设具有积极意义。通过阐述高职院校与普通高校学分转换机制的内涵,分析高职院校与普通高校学分转换机制实行的必要性和制约性,提出高职院校与普通高校学分转换机制的建构策略。

Through the construction of credit system, the construction of credit conversion mechanism between vocational colleges and ordinary colleges and universities, the formation of lifelong learning ＂overpass＂, is conducive to break the general education and vocational education between the relatively isolated state, to promote its coordinated development~ meanwhile improving our country＇s higher education system and promoting the development of learning society has a positive meaning. This paper expounds the connotation of the transfer mechanism of higher vocational colleges and ordinary colleges and universities, analyzes the necessity and restriction of the implementation of credit transfer mechanism in higher vocational colleges and universities. Finally, it explores and summarizes the mechanism of credit conversion between vocational colleges and ordinary universities.
