摘要
英联邦农民学习共同体的实践经验对我国农民学习共同体构建有一定借鉴意义。英联邦农民学习共同体建设取得成功的经验具体包括多方利益相关者共同参与、围绕农民需求开展项目、开发AgMOOCs远程开放学习平台以及依托社区建立学习网络。借鉴其成功的经验,我国在新型职业农民学习共同体建设中,应建立良好合作文化氛围,注重基于"双赢共享"的多元参与,根据农民学习需求分类建设共同体,充分利用新兴科技创建学习平台,以社区为共同体推进的着落点。
The experiences of Lifelong Learning for Farmers of Commonwealth of Learning(COL) could provide certain reference to the learning community construction of new professional farmers. The successful experiences of Lifelong Learning for Farmers of Commonwealth of Learning involved in by multi - stakeholders, carrying out the project based on the needs of farmers, establishing AgMOOCs as the Distance Open Learning platform and building the learning network based on community. Learning from its experience, we shoule build good atmosphere of cooperation, focus on the win- win diversified main bodies ' involvement, conduct classified construction according to farmers' needs, establish learning platform with new technology and promote farmer learning community based on communities.
