摘要
在高校转型发展期,高校青年教师职业认同感不强,离职、流失现象严重。通过从学校因素、教师自身因素、社会及其他因素等方面分析高校青年教师职业认同感危机的成因,提出以下应对策略:创设良好教学环境,优化管理体制;提升高校青年教师自我效能感,做好职业规划;打破角色定势,提升社会地位,由此方能提升高校青年教师职业认同感,使其在教师职业上游刃有余,从内心接纳教师职业。
Colleges and universities in the transition period of young university teachers' professional identity is not strong, departure, loss phenomenon common appearance. This paper, the factors from the school, teachers' own factors, social and other factors are analyzed the causes of formation of young university teachers professional identity crisis, proposed the creation of good teaching environment, optimizing the management system; Improve young teachers self - efficacy, completes the career planning; Break character set, the promotion strategy such as social status to promote young university teachers' professional identity, in the teachers' profession, from the heart to accept professional teachers.
