河北省大学生志愿服务城市社区养老新模式探析

Research on the New Model of the Hebei Colleges Volunteers' Community Service for the Aged

大学生志愿服务队伍作为一支新兴的生力军,正在养老服务行业中崭露头角,社会和高校应该重视对大学生的培养和管理,明确他们的定位,使之成为社区养老服务队伍的有益补充。政府和高校通过弘扬尊老敬老爱老的优良传统,培养志愿者"助人自助"的科学理念,引入"服务学习"方式,构建政府、高校、社区、大学生以及受助老年人共同参与和积极互动的联动机制,建立河北省大学生服务城市社区养老新模式。

As an emerging strength, college students is becoming more and more important in the community service for the aged, so society and colleges should pay much attention to their cultivation and management, make their orientation clearly and become the beneficial complementary of the community service for the aged. The government and colleges could build the new model of Hebei college students~ community service for the aged through the following ways： promoting the Chinese tradition of respect and love of the aged; training the volunteers of ＂win - win＂ scientific concept; introducing the ＂service learning＂ mode; constructing the main body that involved by the government, colleges, the communities, the students and the aged.
