摘要
中华文化复兴是中华民族伟大复兴的重要标志,也是提升中国软实力的必然出路,其与中国话语权提升存在互促共进关系。然而,中华文化、中国软实力与中国话语权在全球化和现代化背景下拥有各自的内涵指向。知识经济时代,文化的要素属性不断凸显,其在政策、资本和市场三方合力下的产业化进程不可规避。经济新常态下,文化产业发展成为经济转型和产业升级的重要趋向,然需在明确中华文化、中国软实力与中国话语权内涵及关系的基础上将之纳入市场机制下的文化产业化进程。
The Chinese cultural Renaissance is an important symbol of Chinese nation' s great rejuvena- tion, it is also the inevitable way to improve China' s soft power, it has a mutually promote relationship with China' s discourse right. However, China' s soft power and China' s discourse right have their own connotation under the background. In the knowledge economy era, culture' s element attribute is continu- ously emerging, it can' t be evade from the process of industrialization under the join forces of policy, capi- tal and market. Under the "new normal" economy, culture industry' s economic transformation and in- dustrial upgrading, and it is necessary to take into the cultural industrialization on the basis of expliciting the connotation and Relationship between China' s soft power and China' s discourse right.
