摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法同时测定乐舒洗液中小檗碱和蛇床子素的含量。方法采用SPD-20A C18柱为色谱柱,柱温为30℃,流动相为乙腈(A)-0.3%三乙胺(磷酸调p H 5.62)(B),采用梯度洗脱方式,流速为1.0 m L/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果小檗碱的质量浓度在40.24~160.95μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,蛇床子素的质量浓度在2.54~10.15μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好。盐酸小檗碱的平均加样回收率为98.86%,RSD为1.60%(n=9);蛇床子素的平均加样回收率为100.11%,RSD为1.36%(n=9)。结论本方法操作简单,结果准确,可用于乐舒洗液的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of berberine and osthole in Leshu Lotion. Methods The sample was separated on SPD-20 A C18column,by a gradient elution using acetonitrile(A)and0.3% triethylamine(p H was adjusted to 5.62 with phosphoric)(B)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 m L/min at 30℃. The detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results The calibration curve were linear at range of 40.24-160.95 μg/m L for the berberine,and at range of 2.54-10.15 μg/m L for the osthole. The average recovery was 98.86% for the berberine and the RSD=1.60%(n=9). The average recovery was 100.11% for the osthole,the RSD=1.36%(n=9). Conclusion This method is sample,accurate,and can be used to control of the quality for Leshu Lotion.
