Liquified chlorine has a wide application in chemical industry and it has a great toxicity and extensive dispersion range, therefore, the safety of liquified chlorine storage is of great importance to the society and enterprises. In this paper, it has made design from the aspects of building, technology, automatic control etc., so that to prevent effectively the happening of accidents, control the development of accidents and improve the safety essentially.
