摘要
永安电厂2×300MW机组CFB炉燃用福建无烟煤,原烟气治理为炉内脱硫+电袋除尘器,为了满足国家最新的50355超低排放标准,通过炉后增设DSC-M烟气干式超净系统进行环保升级改造,两台炉干式超净项目分别于2015年6月和2015年11月完成和顺利投运,升级后的各项运行指标均达到50355+530超净要求,成为福建省首台300MW机组CFB炉干式超净排放燃煤机组。
Buring Fujian anthracite for CFB furnace of Yong ＇an power plant 2 × 300MW unit adopts the fuel gas treatment method of in-furnace desulphurization＋electric-bagfilter, and in order to be up to China＇s latest 50355 super-low emission standard, through adding DSC-M fuel gas dry- type ultra-clean system to take environmental upgrading and transformation. The two.furnace dry-type ultra-clean projects have been completed and put into operation successfully in June and November of 2015 individually, the each upgraded operation indicator has reached up to the 50355＋530 ultra-clean requirement and also this unit has become the first 300MW unit for CFB furnace dry-type ultra-clean burning coal emission.
