连续玻璃纤维增强聚烯烃预浸带图像边缘检测

Image Edge Detection for Continuous Strengthening of Polyolefin Prepreg Tape by Glass Fiber

针对连续性玻璃纤维增强聚烯烃预浸带的表面缺陷,本文提出了一种将Sobel算子分数阶行梯度模型与高斯低通滤波器(GLPF)相结合的方法去掉了预浸带表面的划痕,再采用Otsu+小波模极大值的算法,对缺陷图像进行边缘检测,得到缺陷边缘。

In terms of the surface defect for continuous strengthening of polyolefin prepreg tape by glass fiber, this paper has put forward using the method of combining Sobel arithmetic operators fractional order gradient former and Gaussian filters （GLPF） to remove the surface scratch of prepreg tape and then adopted the algorithm of Otsu＋ wavelet modulus maximum to take the edge detection for the defect image, finally got the defect edge.
